Shipping

Free Shipping is offered the continental USA, (Except Hawaii and Alaska)  and its not available for wholesale products and/or quantity discounts.

Free Shipping is done through FedEx Ground and/or USPS and is usually shipped same day or 24H after purchase

Usually all orders are processed within the same day, but please allow us 24h to process your order. In the rare event that one or more items are not in stock you will be notified via email.

 

 

 

 

 

International Shipping:

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment.Estimation: Anything less than one pound is around $25.00 or less,(shipping anywhere), above one pound shipping charges may extend to $30.00 or more. Please contact us.

Return Policy

www.SohyoHairBrush.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days for manufacturer defect only. In order to receive proper refund on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted and shipped out. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us at 305-594-4953 with in 24 hour after the package was received so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will not accept returns on damaged items if we have not been contacted first.
